KAM Tai-Yung is a professor of economics. He holds B.A. from Saint Thomas
University, Canada in 1984, M.A. from Carleton University, Canada in 1986, and
Ph.D. from the State University of New York-Binghamton, U.S.A. in 1993. In the
past three decades, he was in Taiwan, teaching in Feng Chia University
(Associate Professor) in 1993-2003, TransWorld University (Professor) in 2003- 2005, and Asia University (Professor) in 2005-2018. His areas of specialization
include Money and Banking, Monetary Economics, International Finance, International Trade and Econometrics. He has published extensively in these
subjects. Currently, he joins GCC and makes efforts to upgrade the discipline of economics of its International College
